Care Instructions

Polymer clay accessories are fragile. Therefore do not bend your products, leave them in heat or direct sunlight, keep them away from water and we recommend you store them on an earring hanger or in a container away from dust. Be sure to apply your make up first then accessorise as pending the finish of the pieces you've purchased you may not be able to apply cleaning products to them without effecting the artwork. Please note that upon lots of research we're yet to find a glue that is 100% compatible with Polymer clay and therefore earring backs and clips may come off. If this happens, do not hesitate to contact me and I can point you in the direction of being able to fix this (we recommend a strong, known branded super glue/gel to re-attach the items). If this is to happen to your piece it should be easily fixable, however if this causes damage to the product please refer to our policy below.  

Our Policy

Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns and exchanges of products. However, circumstantial refunds or replacements due to damage caused during delivery or defective items may be discussed. Our policy on this is that contact must be made within 14 days of delivery via email (ohmygllypolly@gmail.com), or private message us on our Facebook profile. You may be requested to return the damaged/ defective products where shipping of this will come at the customers own cost pending circumstances. When damage occurs during transit you may be required to make a complaint on your behalf to Australia Post in helping the case be resolved. We do not accept cancellations of orders and payments must be made immediately during purchase through the website. 

Custom or personalised orders may be placed with OMGP via email or private message only. How does this work? We will discuss what you're after, create the order, send a confirmation photo of the product attached with pricing, upon satisfaction, payment processes are followed before receiving your order. A non refundable deposit for your products is required before the making process begins to cover time and materials used to create the custom order. Confirmation and proof of payment must be provided prior to picking up or posting orders. 

Shipping & Pick Up Policy

4680 residents are always welcome to pick up their order to save on shipping fees. When I am travelling to other postcodes I will make this option available and advertise this on Facebook and Instagram (If unsure, feel free to flick me a message and ask). 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, selecting express shipping doesn’t guarantee “next day shipping.” The length of time an order takes to arrive at its destination is completely out of my control. A tracking number is provided via the email the order is placed with. If you have any issues with the tracking number provided or an order seems to be taking too long to get to you please do not hesitate to reach out so we can work together when contacting Australia Post. Please note that Covid-19 continues to place restrictions and time constraints on orders’ expected arrival times in various parts of Australia and this continuously changes. Please refer to the Australian Post website for shipping times to retrieve a better idea of how long your parcel will take to arrive from Gladstone, Central Queensland.

4680 Pick Up instructions: 

Once you've filled your cart, you must click checkout and then select " Pick up." If you click on the express checkouts via "Shop Pay" or "Apple Pay," you will be charged shipping. This mistake is non-refundable on my end (You will be offered a credit for a future purchase in lieu of this). If you make this selection please message me to organise when you'd like to pick-up after placing your order.
